Another week of running in the books! I am still just plugging along fitting in my short mileage where and when I can. Hi ya’ll! I hope everyone has had a good past two weeks! I have been able to get a few miles in here and there. Just a 2 miler here and a 3 miler there. I can be a real challenge to fit all the runs in that I want. In the past 2 weeks I have worked about 9 total 12 hour shifts. Recently with school and clinical in addition to work it is so challenging to find the energy for the workout! Waking up at 4:30a and then not getting home until after 7p does, with more school work to finish before bed does not leave you with much motivation left for a workout. But I manage on my days off! I get those runs in!
